Who do I have my consultation with, who is the practitioner?
Hi, my name is Erin and I am the founder of kyi₃ I work as a solo practitioner and personally provide all of the brand experiences. Find out more about me, why I created kyi₃ and my qualifications here.
Is this anything like acupressure, acupuncture or massage?
Yes and no. Botanic Bodywork does NOT involve needles or insertion, manipulation of muscles or fascia, but may involve gentle fingertip applied pressure at selected energetic points.
Is this anything like Reiki, Qigong, Pranic Healing, Myofascial Energetic Release or Emotional Freedom Techniques/Tapping?
Yes and no. It is similar because they are all energy bodywork practices and are classified as holistic therapies. However Botanic Bodywork is unique, it integrates the vibrational healing potential of plants and flowers with ancient philosophy and selected elements of frequency healing techniques.
What should I wear to my bodywork session?
It is best to wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing that can be adjusted to access your legs, arms, back, stomach and chest. Access to any areas that are sensitive will be discussed prior to your session in the pre-bodywork dialogue.
