Inform your physician or medical provider that you will be taking flower essences, using essential oils and herbal extracts and/or undergoing a physical movement based practise such as yoga to enhance your own healing and sense of wellbeing.

k y i ₃ the brand and it’s founder, Erin Shaw, will keep all personal information disclosed by the client strictly confidential. Any personal information provided by you, the client, will not be disclosed unless written consent from you, the client, is received.

As a client, it is your responsibility to provide information on any allergy, medical or physical condition that may affect your use of  k y i ₃ botanical products or your participation in any of the experiences and wellness practises. By agreeing to the terms, you are confirming that you do not have any medical or physical limitations that would prevent you from safely using products of, or participating in k y i ₃ Botanic Therapy,  Meridian Bodywork or Kinetics practises. If your medical or physical condition changes, you agree to provide notification before your next session, practise and/or experience. You also acknowledge that there is a risk of minor and major injury, including soft tissue, broken bones and joint injuries specifically with the Kinetic healing practise and you assume all risk associated with your practise. You agree to practise safely, ask for assistance when needed and release, indemnify and hold harmless k y i ₃ and it’s founder, Erin Shaw, from any and all responsibility, claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities to the fullest extent allowed by law arising out of or in any way related to the use of any or all k y i ₃ products and participation in any and all of the k y i ₃ experiences and practises.
